Atlantico Boutique Hotel, Punta del Este

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, characterized by bright and airy decor that complemented the beautiful surroundings. The variety of amenities like the spacious pool and honesty bar were fantastic. However, the nearby dining options were limited and a bit overpriced, which made the hotel's bar more appealing. Overall, it's a charming place with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

My stay at The Atlantico Hotel was extremely disappointing. The location felt rundown and did not match the pictures online. Upon entering my room, I encountered dirty walls, a rusty refrigerator, and a broken bathroom light. To make matters worse, I found a bug on the bed! I tried to speak to the receptionist about my concerns, but he was unhelpful and insisted on charging me for three nights despite my decision to leave. It's clear this hotel needs significant improvements and better management.
